  • E-mail Marketing
    E-mail is the most efficient, effective, and economical method used to market to a large group. SRG utilizes an e-mail marketing tool that creates professional high-impact e-mails that will target structural engineers. An on going e-mail campaign promotes the products and educates the specifier.

    The most challenging problem faced when starting an e-mail marketing campaign is creating a list of e-mail addresses. As a result of over twenty years of working in the engineered wood business the SRG team has a very comprehensive contact list of specifiers throughout the United States that includes e-mail addresses. This list is invaluable.

  • Face to Face Meetings
    E-mail campaigns may be efficient and economical but at some point nothing is more effective than a face to face meeting. As a result of the many years of working in the EWP business the SRG team is very familiar with the specifying community and is on a first name basis with many of them. Getting in the door is half the battle and our relationships open many doors.

    Another very effective method of building relationships is a lunch presentation. Most Structural Engineering firms encourage these types of meetings. A good lunch presentation can create lasting relationships while educating the associates to the benefits of the products being presented. SRG utilizes tools such as Power Point presentations, CAD details, handouts, and client literature to deliver a professional message that will accomplish our goal of brand recognition and market acceptance through specification. By representing multiple product lines SRG generates many more opportunities to promote all of the product lines.

  • Conventions and Tradeshows
    Attendance at certain Conventions and Tradeshows is crucial in the promotion and marketing of products in this industry. These events are the best method of presenting the product lines to a specific group of Engineers. By representing multiple manufacturers at these events SRG greatly reduces the cost incurred by each client. SRG manages the registration and logistics for setup/teardown for each event. Clients are invited to attend the events as they see fit.

  • Literature
    The specifying community is very visual and when meeting in person it is important to be able hand them information regarding the products. The digital world we live in can help reduce printing cost but we anticipate that at least one hard copy will be required for most engineering offices. A large SRG binder is placed in each specifying office that contains all necessary literature that is promoted by SRG. All catalogs are available for download in our "Literature" tab or can be delivered via a e-mail, flash drive or CD.

  • Web Based Seminars
    SRG conducts live meetings or presentations via the internet. The webinar are collaborative and include polling and question & answer sessions to allow full participation between the audience and the presenter.

    • Text Chat - Live question and answer sessions.
  • Promotional Items
    SRG develops and distributes promotional items for each client on an as ordered basis. Marketing and promotion require some level of expenditure on promotional items and SRG will work with each client to create a plan that fits their company position.
    Typical Promotional Items include:
    • USB Drives
      A custom USB drive is a very effective promotional item. Not only is it an economical literature distribution device it is a useful tool for the office. We anticipate this to be a huge success.
    • Graph Pads
      Over the years of working with structural engineers the graph pad has always been a very good promotional item. Graph pads are a great way to keep brand names on the engineer’s desk.
